Requests and Rental Confirmation

Customers may call, text, or submit a Request a Dumpster form to check availability. An inquiry or form submission does not confirm a reservation, collect payment, or authorize a charge. Online booking and website checkout are currently unavailable.

Kelley Roll-Offs will personally check availability and confirm the selected package, delivery address, delivery schedule, and payment instructions with the customer. Delivery timing is subject to scheduling and availability. Same-day delivery is not guaranteed.

Payment and Stored Payment Methods

After availability is checked, Kelley Roll-Offs will provide an invoice or payment link. Payment is due in full when the rental is finalized, unless Kelley Roll-Offs agrees otherwise in writing.

If the payment provider supports a stored payment method, Kelley Roll-Offs may request the customer's separate authorization to store that method with the provider and use it for applicable additional charges described in these terms. Requesting a dumpster does not provide that authorization. Without a valid authorization for an additional charge, applicable amounts will be invoiced or collected through a separate payment request.

Rental Period

Both standard packages include a 5-day rental. Additional rental time costs $10 per day and is subject to availability. Contact Kelley Roll-Offs to arrange an extension. Additional days may be invoiced or charged to a stored payment method only where authorized.

Dumpster Pricing and Included Weight

Kelley Roll-Offs currently offers 20-yard dumpsters only.

• Standard Package: $300 for 5 days, including 1 ton / 2,000 pounds.
• Best Value Package: $340 for 5 days, including 2 tons / 4,000 pounds.
• Additional weight for either package: $0.05 per pound above the included allowance.

For example, 500 additional pounds results in a $25 weight charge. Final weight may be determined using a landfill or transfer-station scale ticket. Applicable overages will be invoiced after disposal or charged to an authorized stored payment method.

Loading Limit and Overfilled Containers

All materials must remain at or below the top rails. Materials may not extend above the container, hang over its sides, protrude from it, or prevent safe transportation. Overfilled or improperly loaded dumpsters may be subject to a minimum $75 overfill or unsafe-load fee.

Paying an overfill fee does not require Kelley Roll-Offs to transport an unsafe load. A dumpster that cannot be safely or legally transported may remain at the customer's location until the load is corrected. The customer is responsible for additional labor, equipment, disposal costs, return trips, or other reasonable expenses needed to make the load safe for transportation.

Prohibited and Heavy Materials

No dirt or concrete is permitted in the dumpster.

Hazardous or prohibited materials are not allowed, including hazardous chemicals, asbestos, wet paint, liquids, propane tanks, batteries, and materials prohibited by the disposal facility or applicable law.

Brick, block, rock, and other extremely heavy materials are not permitted unless specifically approved by Kelley Roll-Offs before loading. This approval exception does not apply to dirt or concrete.

Tires, mattresses, appliances, and other special disposal items may result in additional charges. The customer is responsible for applicable disposal fees. If prohibited materials are discovered, the customer is responsible for additional disposal, handling, cleanup, rejection, or return costs.

Delivery and Pickup Access

The customer must provide safe and reasonable access to the agreed delivery and pickup location. The area must be free of blocking vehicles, locked gates, low-hanging wires, low branches, unsafe snow or ice, and other obstructions.

If Kelley Roll-Offs arrives and cannot safely complete a scheduled delivery or pickup because of conditions within the customer's control, a $75 dry-run or failed-trip fee may be charged. If another trip is required, an additional trip charge may apply.

Driveways and Property

Kelley Roll-Offs will use reasonable care when delivering and removing dumpsters. The customer is responsible for selecting and approving the requested placement location.

Dumpsters and delivery vehicles are heavy and may damage asphalt, concrete, gravel, lawns, landscaping, underground utilities, septic systems, or other surfaces and structures. The customer must ensure that the selected location can safely support the dumpster and delivery equipment.

Kelley Roll-Offs is not responsible for damage resulting from unsuitable ground or placement conditions, except to the extent caused by the negligence of Kelley Roll-Offs.

Moving or Relocating the Dumpster

Customers may not move, drag, push, tow, or otherwise relocate the dumpster after placement without prior approval from Kelley Roll-Offs. The customer may be responsible for damage to the dumpster, property, or equipment resulting from unauthorized movement.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. Any remaining paid balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

Once Kelley Roll-Offs has dispatched for delivery or delivered the dumpster, the rental charge is non-refundable. Rescheduling without a cancellation fee may be permitted at the discretion of Kelley Roll-Offs and is subject to availability.

Additional Charges and Authorization

The customer is responsible for applicable additional charges resulting from the rental, including:

• Excess weight at $0.05 per pound above the included allowance.
• Additional rental days at $10 per day, subject to availability.
• A minimum $75 overfill or unsafe-load fee.
• A $75 dry-run or failed-trip fee and applicable additional trips.
• Special-item disposal fees and prohibited-material disposal fees.
• Additional landfill or disposal charges resulting from the customer's materials.
• Reasonable labor or equipment costs required to correct an unsafe load.
• Other additional charges specifically authorized by the customer.

Kelley Roll-Offs will provide reasonable documentation of additional charges upon request, including disposal scale tickets where applicable. These amounts may be charged to a stored payment method only where the customer has provided the required authorization. Otherwise, Kelley Roll-Offs will provide an invoice or separate payment request.

Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for accurate rental and delivery information, choosing the appropriate package and weight allowance, ensuring safe access, loading safely, keeping materials below the top rails, avoiding prohibited materials, protecting the dumpster from unauthorized movement or misuse, selecting a suitable placement area, and paying applicable rental and additional fees.

Customer Acceptance

Before the rental is finalized, Kelley Roll-Offs will provide these terms for the customer's acceptance through its rental-confirmation or payment process. The customer confirms that they have read, understand, and agree to these terms when completing that acceptance step.

Any authorization to store or later charge a payment method must be obtained through the applicable authorization process. Submitting the website request form alone does not create a rental agreement or authorize payment.
