Dumpster Packages and Rental Period

Kelley Roll-Offs currently offers 20-yard dumpsters only. Both packages include a 5-day rental:

• Standard Package: $300, including 1 ton / 2,000 pounds.
• Best Value Package: $340, including 2 tons / 4,000 pounds.
• Additional weight: $0.05 per pound above your package allowance.
• Additional rental days: $10 per day, subject to availability.

For example, 500 pounds over your included allowance adds $25. Final weight may be determined using a landfill or transfer-station scale ticket.

Requests and Reservations

Call, text, or submit our Request a Dumpster form to check availability. A request does not confirm a reservation or collect payment. Kelley Roll-Offs will contact you to confirm availability, delivery details, and the next steps for payment by invoice or payment link.

Loading Guidelines

Keep all materials at or below the top rails. Materials must not extend above the container, hang over its sides, protrude from it, or prevent safe transportation.

Overfilled or improperly loaded dumpsters may be subject to a minimum $75 overfill or unsafe-load fee. Paying this fee does not make an unsafe load eligible for transport. The dumpster may remain at the property until the load is corrected. Additional labor, equipment, disposal, or return-trip costs may apply as described in the rental terms.

Prohibited and Heavy Materials

No dirt or concrete is permitted.

Do not load hazardous chemicals, asbestos, wet paint, liquids, propane tanks, batteries, or materials prohibited by the disposal facility or applicable law.

Brick, block, rock, and other extremely heavy materials require approval from Kelley Roll-Offs before loading. This approval exception does not apply to dirt or concrete.

Customers are responsible for applicable additional disposal, handling, cleanup, rejection, or return costs caused by prohibited materials.

Special Disposal Items

Tires, mattresses, appliances, and other items carrying special disposal charges may result in additional fees. Contact us before loading these items or any material you are unsure about.

Delivery and Pickup Access

Provide safe and reasonable access to the agreed delivery and pickup location. Keep the area clear of vehicles, locked gates, low-hanging wires, low branches, obstructions, and unsafe snow or ice conditions.

If the driver cannot safely complete a scheduled delivery or pickup because of conditions within the customer's control, a $75 dry-run or failed-trip fee may apply. An additional trip charge may apply if another trip is required.

Driveway and Property Protection

Kelley Roll-Offs will use reasonable care during delivery and pickup. You are responsible for choosing and approving a suitable placement location that can support the dumpster and delivery equipment.

Heavy equipment can affect asphalt, concrete, gravel, lawns, landscaping, underground utilities, septic systems, and other surfaces or structures. Kelley Roll-Offs is not responsible for damage caused by unsuitable ground or placement conditions, except to the extent caused by its negligence. Do Not Move the Dumpster

Do not move, drag, push, tow, or relocate the dumpster after delivery without prior approval from Kelley Roll-Offs. You may be responsible for damage to the dumpster, property, or equipment resulting from unauthorized movement.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a $75 cancellation fee, with any remaining paid balance refunded to the original payment method.

Once Kelley Roll-Offs has dispatched for delivery or delivered the dumpster, the rental charge is non-refundable. Rescheduling may be available without a cancellation fee at the discretion of Kelley Roll-Offs and is subject to availability.

Before You Request a Dumpster

• Choose your rental package and included weight allowance.
• Provide an accurate delivery address and preferred date.
• Make sure the placement location can support the equipment and is accessible.
• Review prohibited materials and special disposal items.
• Plan to keep the entire load at or below the top rails.
• Review the Rental Terms & Conditions.
• Contact us before loading anything you are unsure about.
